Role Description – Junior Finance Executive (Full-Time, On-Site | Petaling Jaya)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Finance Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will support daily financial operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist in the preparation of financial reports. You will also contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis efforts, while ensuring all activities comply with internal policies and relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions and data entry
  • Maintain and reconcile financial records and documentation
  • Assist in monthly and quarterly reporting processes
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Conduct basic financial analysis to support decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relatedw field
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
