Our Kuala Lumpur office in the APAC region is currently seeking a highly motivated QC Coordinator (Graduate) to join our dynamic team

Are you an ambitious Mechanical Engineering graduate looking to kickstart your career in the oil and gas industry? This is an amazing opportunity to build your career in an up-and-coming, successful business. As a Graduate - QC Coordinator, you'll assist in sourcing, selecting, and managing Fulkrum Quality Inspectors. You'll support the Coordination team with various administrative tasks and interact with clients, candidates, and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in fulfilling client requests for QA/QC Engineering and Project Support personnel.
• Provide administrative support to the Coordination team, including formatting CVs, update inspector files, and maintain accurate records.
• Help the Coordination team source and prepare candidates for interviews with relevant project information.
• Issue assignment details and expectations to successful candidates.
• Communicate with candidates regarding contracts, documentation, and site reports.
• Monitor candidate performance and provide updates to the Coordination Manager.
• Conduct care calls to maintain strong Fulkrum/candidate relationships.
• Support general administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and database management.
• Collaborate with the accounts team to resolve outstanding queries.

Skills & Qualifications

• Recently graduated with a degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical).
• Has basic knowledge of project management principles.
• Is proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Demonstrates excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Can build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and meets tight deadlines.
• Is eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
