International Office (IO) at Sunway Education Group welcomes interested candidates to submit their resume for the above stated vacancy with the following job specifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute international marketing, promotion strategies and events for the education services of Sunway Education Group to increase enrolments of international students (e.g., counselling and advisory activities, digital marketing strategies, presentations, exhibitions, consultations, via customer relation management [CRM] system, email, etc.)
  • Travel overseas for marketing events / exhibitions.
  • Provide prompt marketing and administrative support to the network of international agent representatives, including course and programme information, application procedures and related advice.
  • Promote internal progression of students to Sunway College and Sunway University from Sunway International School by analysing pre-graduation data collected from School Coordinators and relevant Departments (e.g., number of graduates, results, etc.) and ensure smooth admission process.
  • Promptly assess, process and follow-up on international student enquiries and applications from prospective international students or agents.
  • Contribute to the improvement of overall efficiency and continuous improvement of IO policies and procedures.
  • Handle, coordinate or assist in other IO-related duties, e.g., application documents, student arrivals, student pass / visa processing, welfare matters, records, filing, reports, walk-in enquiries, campus visits, etc.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field of studies.
  • Keen to build a career in sales and marketing of higher education services (in an education advisory capacity).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks and responsibilities.
  • Willingness to learn, adaptable and be able to work independently across cultures.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage, influence and negotiate in cross-cultural environments.
  • Ability to work in an environment with changing priorities and processes and still being able to meet targets.
  • Maturity, integrity and resourcefulness.
  • Multilingual verbal and written language competency will be an added advantage.
