  • 管理仓库日常运营,包括收货、存储、拣货与发货 Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods
  • 确保库存准确性,执行周期盘点与对账 Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation
  • 协调物流与货物调拨,确保及时交付 Coordinate logistics and stock transfers to ensure timely delivery
  • 优化仓库布局与流程,提高效率与安全性 Optimize warehouse layout and processes for efficiency and safety
  • 管理仓库团队,包括排班、培训与绩效评估 Supervise warehouse staff including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
  • 维护设备与仓储工具,确保正常运作 Maintain warehouse equipment and tools in good working condition
  • 编制库存与运营报告,支持管理决策 Generate inventory and operational reports to support management decisions

Requirements:

  • 拥有物流、供应链或相关领域文凭或学位 Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 至少 5 年仓库管理经验,具零售或批发行业背景者优先 Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in retail or wholesale
  • 熟悉库存系统与仓库管理软件 Proficient in inventory systems and warehouse management software
  • 具备良好的组织能力、领导力与沟通技巧 Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • 有条码系统与自动化库存工具经验 Experience with barcode systems and automated inventory tools

Location: No.16, Jalan Kasuarina 03/KS07, Bandar Botanic, 41200 Klang, Selangor.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10am to 7pm
