  1. Collaborate with the head office HR team to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's overall business objectives and support growth and expansion plans.
  2. Work closely with the head office HR team to administer compensation and benefits programs and conduct market research to ensure competitive packages.
  3. Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, ensuring adherence to established deadlines and regulations.
  4. Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions across different office locations.
  5. Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting regular feedback sessions, and promoting a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.

  6. Implement performance management frameworks, ensuring goal-setting, regular feedback, and career development opportunities are effectively executed.

  7. Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations, advising management on legal risks and best HR practices.
  8. Analyze and report on HR metrics and key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations to improve HR effectiveness.
  9. Manage and resolve employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions in a timely and fair manner.
  10. Travel to other office locations as needed to provide HR support, conduct training, and build relationships with local teams.
