Position: Service Point Acquisition Executive (Last-Mile / PUDO)

Workstation: Based on assigned location

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Contract Type: Depends on area/territory covered

Qualification: SPM and above; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Salary Package:

  • Basic Salary: RM2,500
  • Transportation Allowance: RM500 (upon confirmation)
  • Performance Incentive: Up to RM200
  • Tier-based Lead Incentive: RM50 – RM2,050+ (based on successful sign-ups)

Job Description

The Service Point Acquisition Executive is responsible for acquiring and onboarding retail shops as parcel collection points, allowing buyers to pick up their parcels at nearby stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Approach and pitch the service point program to selected retail shops in assigned areas
  • Manage the full onboarding process from lead generation, documentation and contract signing to POSM/tools delivery
  • Train new partner shops on parcel receipt, customer collection flow and basic SOPs
  • Work from a targeted list of locations, ensuring coverage and productivity targets are met
  • Ensure selected stores meet minimum criteria (e.g. operating at least 5.5 days a week and open until at least 6.00 PM)
  • Maintain good relationships with shop owners and provide basic after-sales support

Requirements:

  • Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Confident in doing field pitching and achieving sales/acquisition targets
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Basic Excel skills for data entry and simple reports
  • Independent, proactive and comfortable working on the road
  • Negotiation skills will be an added advantage
  • Basic understanding of logistics / last-mile delivery is a plus (not mandatory)
