Telemarketing Executive

Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,000

Location: Kuching (On-site)

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telemarketing Executive to support business outreach for our computer hardware, software, and IT accessory products. You will handle lead calls, provide product information, and coordinate potential client interest with the operations team.


Key Responsibilities
Client Outreach & Communication
  • Make outbound calls to business leads and introduce company products
  • Explain product information clearly (hardware, software & IT accessories)
  • Manage inquiries, provide basic quotations, and follow up with prospects
Lead Qualification & Follow-up
  • Identify potential buyers from call lists and online resources
  • Maintain detailed records of leads, call outcomes, and customer needs
  • Schedule follow-up actions and pass qualified leads to the operations team
Product Knowledge & Assistance
  • Understand key product features and categories
  • Provide customers with accurate information and simple comparisons
  • Support customers in basic procurement-related questions
Administrative Support
  • Update customer details into internal systems
  • Assist with coordination of orders and quotations where needed

Requirements
  • Experience in telemarketing, customer support, or sales (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English & Malay
  • Confident phone handling and persuasive ability
  • Basic product understanding or willingness to learn about tech products
  • Organized and goal-oriented attitude
