Job Title: Business Analyst (Junior / Mid / Senior)

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize solutions, conduct research and development on leading practices, and contribute innovative ideas while working with both internal and client teams.
  • Gather, analyze, and manage user requirements to recommend suitable solutions to clients.
  • Assist in conducting workshops and presentations for various client levels.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, including user requirements, functional requirement documents, test scripts, user guides, and training materials.
  • Support functional testing to ensure the system meets business requirements.
  • Assist or act as Test Manager to develop software testing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure functional requirements are accurately implemented in the application.
  • Conduct research and development on best practices to enhance performance and productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1 to 5+ years of experience as a Software Business Analyst.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Experience in the financial industry (Insurance or Banking) is preferred.

Additional Requirements (for candidates with 5+ years of experience)

  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Experience in the Insurance or Banking domain is mandatory.
