Our client "Felement Sdn Bhd" is seeking a Senior HR Executive to join their team

What you'll be doing?
  • Lead recruitment: Spearhead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring top talent joins the team.
  • Manage HR operations: Oversee crucial HR functions including employee records, payroll, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.
  • Drive employee engagement: Plan and coordinate activities, training programs, and performance reviews to foster a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance: Maintain full adherence to labor laws, company policies, and workplace safety regulations.
  • Supervise office administration: Manage office supplies, facility maintenance, and equipment to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Handle correspondence: Manage incoming/outgoing communications, maintain filing systems, and prepare essential reports.
  • Oversee stock control: Ensure accurate record-keeping for inventory management.
  • Provide strategic support: Offer guidance to management on HR strategies, policies, and special projects.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational background: Diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years in HR & Admin roles, bringing valuable insights to the position.
  • Technical know-how: Strong understanding of job requirements and proven ability to assess candidates effectively.
  • Language skills: Proficiency in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Leadership qualities: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal prowess: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to navigate complex situations.
  • Professional integrity: High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
