Internship - Enterprise Sales (Negeri Sembilan, Melaka & Johor)

OverviewAs an intern at CelcomDigi, you will gain valuable hands-on experience at Malaysia's leading telco-tech company. Under the guidance of your manager and team, you will actively contribute to meaningful projects, collaborate across functions, and bring forward innovative ideas. Learning Outcomes
- Acquire a strong understanding of the sales order workflow and practical knowledge of CRM systems through real-time order processing.
- Gain hands-on experience in generating sales reports and utilizing sales tracking tools to monitor performance and support decision-making.
- Learn and apply B2B documentation standards, including the preparation of quotations and supporting documents in a structured and compliant manner.
- Strengthen communication abilities while gaining a complete view of end-to-end sales fulfillment, from inquiry to delivery.
- Develop foundational skills in customer engagement, including structured follow-ups and basic relationship management practices.
- Participate actively in sales campaign execution and marketing coordination efforts, gaining exposure to how marketing supports sales growth.
- Enhance business writing skills through the preparation of internal communications, client emails, and product briefs.
- Improve presentation and documentation capabilities by preparing slide decks, sales materials, and formal meeting minutes.
Job Responsibilities
1) Sales Operations
- Gain hands-on experience in processing and managing end-to-end sales orders using the CRM system.
- Learn how to maintain and update sales records, reports, and trackers to support data-driven decision-making.
- Handle the preparation of quotations and related documentation, understanding compliance and accuracy in B2B sales.
- Work directly with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and warehouse to experience real-time operational coordination.
- Develop familiarity with tools used for sales tracking, report generation, and order fulfillment.
- Understand the full sales order lifecycle and how different functions integrate to complete transactions smoothly.
2) Customer Engagement
- Participate in follow-up activities with customers to gain exposure to real-world client interactions.
- Learn the importance of timely updates and accurate status reporting in maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Experience basic customer engagement techniques, including responding to inquiries and supporting sales campaigns.
- Contribute to planning and executing promotional initiatives, learning how to engage the target audience effectively.
- Observe and support the management of customer expectations from quotation to delivery.
3) Sales Communication
- Participate in follow-up activities with customers to gain exposure to real-world client interactions.

Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Confident, outgoing personality with the ability to build relationships and communicate professionally.
- Genuine interest in sales, client engagement, and enterprise solutions.
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Willingness to work collaboratively across departments such as marketing, product, and customer success.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
- Minimum internship period of 6 months.
