Key Responsibilities:


• Support the development, enhancement and maintenance of the GIS System, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.


• Provide administrative and technical assistance for departmental processes and documentation.


• Handle and follow up on insurance claims, including obtaining Discharge Vouchers, coordinating with brokers and insurers, monitoring settlement status and preparing periodic claims reports.


• Coordinate and assist in organizing insurance training and sharing sessions for internal and external stakeholders.


• Liaise with brokers, insurers, loss adjusters, and Group Participating Companies (PCs) on insurance-related matters.


• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to insurance processes, SOPs, and reporting systems.


• Assist in managing and monitoring the Group Insurance Program, ensuring adequate coverage and compliance with Group policies and procedures.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's Degree in Insurance, Accounting, Finance, Business Studies or equivalent.


• Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in insurance functions.


• Experience in claims management is an added advantage.


• Possession of Asian Institute of Insurance (AII) certification or equivalent is an added advantage.


• Basic understanding of General & Liability Insurance coverage principles.


• Intermediate knowledge in managing General & Liability claims processes.


• Accuracy and completeness of insurance data in GIS System.


• Timely processing and reporting of insurance claims and renewals.


• Effective coordination of insurance-related training and stakeholder engagement activities.


• Effective communication with Internal & External stakeholders.


• Proactive, independent and able to work under minimal supervision.


• Analytical thinking with high attention to detail and result orientation.


• Able to manage multiple priorities and work within tight deadlines.


• Adaptable to changes and able to thrive in a dynamic working environment.
