Whale Fusion is the developer behind Staywhale, a digital property management app that helps operators and tenants manage rentals, utilities, and accounting — all in one automated, paperless platform.

We're looking for a Business Development Executive who's passionate about tech, communication, and growth. If you're eager to learn, enjoy meeting new people, and want to build your career in a fast-growing PropTech company, we'd love to meet you

What You'll Do

  • Identify and reach out to new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, property operators, and partners.
  • Present and promote Staywhale's solutions to customers.
  • Support the team in planning and executing business growth strategies.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Gather feedback and market insights to help improve our product.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the company as needed.

Who We're Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field (STPM holders are also encouraged to apply).
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply — training will be provided
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (Mandarin is an advantage as this role involves communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients).
  • Independent, motivated, and a quick learner.
  • Strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
