Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Monitoring & Auditing
  • Conduct regular quality checks on tasks completed by operational teams (e.g., content moderation, customer support, seller operations).
  • Audit product listings, customer interactions, and seller communications to ensure compliance with platform policies.
  • Evaluate accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Performance Evaluation
  • Provide quality scores, feedback, and coaching points for team members.
  • Identify common errors, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure quality targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Process Improvement
  • Recommend improvements to workflows, guidelines, and SOPs based on audit findings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Compliance, Training, Product) to implement corrective actions.
  • Support the development or enhancement of quality frameworks and QA tools.
  • Training & Support
  • Assist in delivering refresher trainings based on quality gaps.
  • Provide guidance to new hires on quality expectations and platform standards.
  • Create or update training materials, quality checklists, and evaluation forms.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly quality reports for management review.
  • Document quality issues, feedback trends, and action plans.
  • Track improvement progress and follow-up on quality-related escalations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, quality assurance, customer service, or related areas.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
  • Good understanding of e-commerce processes (content moderation, listings, seller operations, customer support).
  • Proficient in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to give constructive feedback.
  • Familiar with QA tools, reporting dashboards, and quality evaluation frameworks.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
