Job Descriptions:

1. Analysis

  • Ability to work with large data sets, organize and pull out insights from the data analysis.
  • Analyse and explain the variance between forecasted versus actual performance, and prepare the necessary adjustments.
  • Propose and develop recommendations and present data in a meaningful way.
  • Analyse, collect and document information, voices or related commission scheme and performance evaluation scheme related and assist in determining the most effective and efficient business solution.
  • Assist with the implementation and documentation of related projects as needed.
  • Provide ad hoc organization performance evaluation analysis as necessary to support senior management and internal stakeholders.
  • Acting as an advisor or key lead to ad-hoc reporting requests by management and designing a structure for new reporting requirements (For commission-related performance evaluation scheme).
  • Assist and in charge of ad hoc project management and system enhancement, in accordance of necessary adjustments and revisions in commission-related business processes and procedure.
  • Preparation of respective weekly, monthly and seasonal commission-related reporting.
  • Ad hoc inquiries handled by the organization and ad hoc projects assigned by management.

2. Planning

  • Assisting in the development and refinement of sales strategies based on organization performance in accordance to business goals by translating strategic objectives and goals into actionable plans.
  • Collaborating closely with related inter-department and organization to ensure alignment of inter-organization sales plans & strategies are in alignment with overall business strategies .
  • Participating in strategic planning meetings with management and senior management for sales performance detailed insights with strategic initiatives by providing insights, proposals and recommendations based on organization performance.
  • Lead and analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives, thus prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Identify inefficiencies and improvements required within the internal department, sales process or organization KPIs structure and propose solutions and recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness, which involves areas such as streamlining workflows and refining sales methodologies.
  • Proactively seeks opportunities for sales and process improvement and efficiencies within the department and organization to optimize performance.
  • Stay updated on sales-related industry trends and changes in the competitive landscape, conduct sales-related market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Strong business analysis skills, data interpretation skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Required Skill(s) / Knowledge(s) : Moderate Tableau skill, Advanced Excel skill, Advanced PowerPoint skill, administrative skill, and communication skill.
  • Proven experience in sales organization-related (Job scope area such as data analysis, incentive planning, quota setting, performance measurement and payout calculations related), preferably in a medium to large-sized organization.
