Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Performance Marketing Specialist. The successful candidate will be expected to work on site in Kuala Lumpur for some days, with flexibility for remote work. The role will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including communication, market research, marketing strategy, to generate, optimize, and manage digital campaigns to achieve clients' objectives.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong market research and analysis skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing effective marketing campaign across Meta, Google, Linkedin, Tiktok and Programmatic plaforms
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads certifications are a plus

The candidate should demonstrate a strong track record of performance marketing with experience managing end-to-end digital campaigns for clients in the APAC region.

Additionally, experience in e-commerce, tech, and mobile app industries, familiarity with programmatic advertising, search engine optimization, social media management, or experience working with start-ups and SMEs clients will be beneficial.
