This role is responsible for driving sales growth, market penetration, and customer development within the Northern and East Coast region. It will focus on building national sales strategies at the territory level, managing key customers and distributors, expanding new business opportunities, and achieving sales, margin, and volume targets. The TSM serves as the frontline, ensuring effective territory coverage and consistent brand and pricing discipline.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Increase sales growth within your assigned territory, focusing on coatings and automotive sectors.
  • Accomplish field sales activities and manage territory performance.
  • Develop good relationships in distributor-led and B2B environments.
  • Negotiate, sell, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage key accounts and develop long-term customer partnerships.
  • Analyze performance data to identify coverage gaps and growth opportunities.
  • Travel extensively within the assigned territory to engage customers and support sales initiatives.
     

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of territory sales experience within the automotive or coatings industry.
  • Technical or industry-specific training is an advantage.
  • Valid driving license is mandatory.
  • Formal sales training or certification a plus.
