SALES ASSISTANT

JOB SUMMARY

Helping customers in identifying and purchasing required products to ensure that excellent customer service is demonstrated at all times.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the Branch Manager to achieve sales goals
  • Discover customers' needs and appropriately suggest products to every customer to enhance service standards.
  • Operate cash registers and accept payment according to the Company Cash Handling Procedures
  • Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays, price, stack and display items for sale and keep the outlet tidy and attractive

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum SPM qualification
  • Working experience in the related field would be an added advantage
  • Friendly and courteous
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant personality, self-motivated and target driven
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends & public holidays
  • 18 years of age and above

PHARMACY ASSISTANT

JOB SUMMARY

Helping customers in identifying and purchasing required products to ensure that excellent customer service is demonstrated at all times.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the Branch Manager to achieve sales goals.
  • Support the Pharmacist dispensing of medicines, and filling of prescriptions in care.
  • Establish customer loyalty through the delivery of good customer service standards.
  • Responsible for ensuring the availability of medicines in the pharmacy at all times.
  • Provide guidance, training and coaching to the Sales Assistants on general product knowledge.
  • Assist in other operational duties.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in Pharmacy/Nursing or 2 years working experience in pharmacy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly and courteous
  • Pleasant personality, self-motivated and target driven
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM3,000.00 per month
