Job Description:

  • The candidate is responsible to carry out Personal Loan Marketing as well as Personal Loan Processing activities. The candidate must be meticulous and possess investigative skills as well as a fast learner.
  • Solicit leads via referrals.
  • Assess and evaluate loan applications, interview applicants and carry out background checks according to the Company procedure.
  • Carry our CTOS Credit scoring checks to assess applicants' credit standing.
  • Ensure application documentation are in order.
  • Recommend eligible application to Management.
  • Negotiate with customers and close personal loan deals.
  • Build rapport and relationship with customers for repeated sales and referrals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and uphold professionalism to reflect the Company's image.
  • Continuously seek and propose improvements in marketing and selling strategies, competitors check and product competitiveness.
  • Comply to statutory requirement, sales compliance and other internal policies and procedures.
  • To carry out any other ad-hoc duties as required by Management.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in any field
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in Spoken English and Malay.
  • Well versed with Microsoft Office.
  • Able to meet tight deadline.
