Job Description
As a new entry in the position of Administrative Assistant/Clerk, I am responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of the office. My duties include handling correspondence, organizing and maintaining records, assisting with scheduling and appointments, preparing reports and documents, and performing data entry. I also help manage phone calls and inquiries, support the team with day-to-day office needs, and contribute to maintaining an efficient and organized work environment.
As I begin my career in this role, I am committed to learning, developing my administrative skills, and providing reliable support to the team.
