The job role of an administrator involves the following duties:

  • Communication: Answering phones, responding to emails, and directing visitors.
  • Scheduling: Managing calendars and coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Document management: Filing, organizing, and maintaining both physical and digital records.
  • Office operations: Ordering supplies, ensuring equipment is working, and handling general office tasks.
  • Support for staff: Drafting correspondence, preparing documents, and assisting with data entry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
