  • Manage, maintain, and monitor the company's IT infrastructure including servers, networks, firewalls, storage, and security systems.
  • Provide technical support to end-users (L1/L2 support), including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Handle installation, configuration, and upgrades for systems, applications, and IT equipment.
  • Ensure backup, recovery, and failover systems are functioning effectively.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify issues to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation including SOPs, asset inventory, configuration records, and IT reports.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to resolve technical issues and support IT-related projects.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and implement cybersecurity best practices.
  • Support digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives within the company.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT support, network management, or system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, routing/switching, firewalls, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
  • Good troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve issues independently and efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
  • Able to work under minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft, or equivalent are an added advantage.
