We're looking for creative, easygoing, and confident personalities to help us craft content people actually want to watch.Social Media Content & Strategy (Primary Focus):

  • Develop and Execute Social Strategy: Plan, implement, and manage our comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Content Creation: Own the entire content lifecycle, including ideation, scriptwriting, filming/photography, graphic design, and editing for all social platforms. Must be proficient with basic video editing and design tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe).
  • Copywriting: Write compelling, on-brand captions and calls-to-action tailored to the nuances of each platform.
  • Community Management: Actively monitor, listen, and respond to user comments and messages to build an engaged online community and manage brand reputation.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and report on key social media metrics (engagement rate, reach, follower growth) and use data to refine future content and strategy.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in CapCut and Canva (portfolio or samples of past work is required for priority consideration).
  • Strong command of English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese is an advantage.
  • Creative flair, with an eye for design and storytelling.
  • Basic video shooting and editing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn quickly.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
