Job Scope & Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Identify and propose improvement to existing processes and workflows.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and validate solutions.
  • Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making.
  • Prepare documentation including user guides, and training materials.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support implementation.
  • Maintain clear communication between departments to ensure alignments.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Good in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From RM1,000.00 per month
