Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Assistant to join our growing team
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support payroll processing and leave tracking
Manage office supplies and administrative support tasks
Coordinate meetings, training, and company events
Handle general office duties and support management as required
Requirements:
Minimum SPM/Diploma in HR, Business Admin, or related field
1–2 years of relevant experience (Fresh grads are welcome)
Proficient in MS Office
Good communication and organizational skills
Able to maintain confidentiality and work independently
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45 am to 6:00 pm, and every alternate Saturday 9:00 am to 12:45 pm
Lunch Hour: 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm
