Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Assistant to join our growing team

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation

  • Support payroll processing and leave tracking

  • Manage office supplies and administrative support tasks

  • Coordinate meetings, training, and company events

  • Handle general office duties and support management as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma in HR, Business Admin, or related field

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience (Fresh grads are welcome)

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Good communication and organizational skills

  • Able to maintain confidentiality and work independently

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45 am to 6:00 pm, and every alternate Saturday 9:00 am to 12:45 pm

Lunch Hour: 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm
