About The Role

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day yard operations, vehicle flow, and space utilization.
  • Manage receiving activities for incoming shipments (scanning, VIN verification, damage checks).
  • Ensure accurate and timely system updates for all inbound and outbound units.
  • Coordinate delivery scheduling with transporters and monitor delivery performance.
  • Support vehicle readiness activities (inspection, tagging, accessory checks).
  • Maintain real-time inventory accuracy and generate daily/weekly yard reports.
  • Work closely with port operators, transporters, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and yard SOPs at all times.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for yard efficiency and vehicle turnaround.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/Operations, International Business or related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience in supply chain, yard operations, port logistics, or automotive distribution.
  • Familiar with inventory systems, scanning tools, and basic reporting.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced yard/port environment and support shipment-dependent schedules.
  • Valid driving license (Class D).
