Job Scope:
Handling basic bookkeeping, for instance, preparing cheque/payment instructions and vouchers and issuing invoices, updating the schedule/records, handling Account Payable (AP), Account Receivable (AR). Track payments and bank deposits Reconcile bank statement Liaise with external parties, e.g. agents, government authorities and customers on all the disputes and outstanding invoices. Keep accurate records for all daily transactions Maintain Proper filling of all documents, manage data entry and updating accounting records To assist with financial year-end audit closing of accounts and maintain proper filling of accounts for record keeping. Performs additional job-related duties as assigned Able to handle full set of account and responsible for other general accounting functions.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, Basic writing and speaking skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia Committed to working, well planning & organizing skills. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, ). Willing to work at Shah Alam Working Day: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 9.00 A.M to 6.00 P.M Full-Time position.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
