Job Description:

● To carry out administrative support, duties and job functions by the company.

● Handling office tasks, such as generating reports and presentations, letter writing, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.

● Responsible for daily data entries, filling and general administration work & further assist on ad-hoc related duties.

● To Expense claim's verification, ensure adequacy of supporting document, posting to system.

● Chasing payment & update customer payment status.

● Able to handle account matters like preparing Payment Vouchers, Tax Invoice etc.

● To Prepare payments to suppliers, vendors and authorities.

● Liaise with clients, suppliers and authorities.

● To prepare invoice to customer.

● Assist to collect revenue data and generate report of evaluating sales performance, measure effectiveness and initiate corrective actions.

● Collaborate with regional teams on new system updates and best practices.

● Maintain and update SOPs and work instructions; constantly review the conduct training refreshers for users.

● Perform monthly audit and compliance checks.

● Familiar with SQL.

● Provide assistance and support to company personnel.

● Assist in other duties in relation with administration and accounts matter as required from time to time.

● Able to assist directors in all daily matters.

● Assist to develop and manage training programmes, training master plans, user manuals and policies to enhance quality.

Job Qualifications:

● Conversant in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Computer Literate

● 1 years or above of Accounting and Admin Work Experience

● Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.

● Minimum Qualification: Diploma

● Possess own transport

● Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office , General Computer Skill and Accounting Software

● Able to start works IMMEDIATELY.

● Able to work with minimum supervision.

● Business study background or Secretary study background will be advantages.
