Job Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or shipping/logistics (depending on seniority).
  • Experience in import/export documentation, freight forwarding, or warehouse coordination is an advantage.
  • Salary will commensurate with years of experience, qualification, skills, and knowledge.

Skills & Competencies

Customer Service Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-up abilities.

Shipping & Logistics Skills

  • Knowledge of shipping procedures, incoterms, and documentation (invoice, packing list, DO, bill of lading, etc.).
  • Familiar with courier and freight booking, tracking shipments, and coordinating with transporters and forwarders.
  • Understanding of customs clearance processes and import/export regulations (depending on region).

Administrative & Technical Skills

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.

Personal Attributes

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good time management and prioritization skills.

Job Description:


• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order confirmations.


• Coordinate with warehouse/shipping teams for order fulfillment.


• Prepare and verify shipping documentation.


• Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, and customs agents.


• Track shipments and update customers on delivery status.


• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer communications.


• Support sales and logistics departments as needed.
