  • Prepare customized proposals based on clients' requirements (at the time of writing proposals are to be sent within the same day of receipt of inquiry).
  • Follow up with clients, on account or group requirements, gain commitment, and prepare corporate rate or group/event contracts.
  • Defines precisely guest requirements and ensures that the guest services offered correspond effectively to their requests.
  • Negotiates prices with the clients by following pricing decisions in line with company and property policy.
  • Ensure collection of deposits & full payment are received following hotel policies & procedures for all events and room accommodation arrangements
  • Involved in preparing BEO (Banquet Event Order), to ensure precise and accuracy in communication with relevant departments on groups arrival, events, and special guest requests.
  • Organizes and partakes in lead generation activities such as Sales Blitz including outstation calls/visitations and telemarketing
  • Analyse, Develop, and maintain relationships with key accounts, and potential clients to maximize and increase revenue.
  • Monitor and source new potential clients/guests for long-stay requirements
  • Meet with guests from major Top Producers (Key Accounts) staying in the property to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain a positive community image for self and property and maintain current local business trends.
  • Join and attend key networking groups conferences and industry-related trade shows. seminars, meetings, and conferences as required.
  • Supports the Director of Sales in attending client evenings and luncheons for business, corporate, and trade contacts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4, RM5,100.00 per month
