A Sacoor Brothers procura um Chief of Staff para reforçar a equipa executiva na região do Sudeste Asiático, com sede em Kuala Lumpur, Malásia.

A Tua Missão

Como nosso Chief of Staff, serás um elemento-chave na transformação e crescimento da região, nomeadamente no desenvolvimento e implementação da estratégia regional, colaborando de forma transversal para garantir a implementação eficaz das iniciativas em todas as áreas do negócio.

Como Chief of Staff, irás:


• Desenvolver, liderar e executar projetos estratégicos e inovadores em diversas áreas, como Comercial, Marketing, Recursos Humanos, Finanças, Logística, Produção e Tecnologia.


• Identificar oportunidades de melhoria organizacional e propor melhorias estruturais, processuais e operacionais com impacto direto no crescimento da região.


• Planear, gerir e monitorizar recursos e prazos para iniciativas estratégicas chave.


• Liderar e acompanhar roadmaps de implementação detalhados e cronogramas de projetos.


• Organizar e dinamizar reuniões de arranque e atualizações de progresso com equipas multidisciplinares.


• Monitorizar KPIs regionais, orçamentos e o progresso do plano estratégico, reportando resultados de forma clara e objetiva.


• Atuar como ponto de ligação entre operações locais, equipas de suporte e o Board Member, garantindo comunicação eficaz e tomada de decisão rápida.

O Que Procuramos?

Formação e Experiência:


• Licenciatura em Gestão de Empresas, Engenharia Industrial, Economia ou área relacionada.


• 3 a 4 anos de experiência em consultoria, operações de negócio ou gestão de projetos estratégicos.


• Domínio de metodologias e ferramentas de gestão de projetos.


• Proficiência profissional completa em português e inglês (requisito obrigatório).


• Excelente domínio de ferramentas Microsoft.


• Disponibilidade para viajar com frequência (obrigatório).


• Disponibilidade para viver em Kuala Lumpur, Malásia.
