We have a few positions and looking for talented individuals to join our group of companies. Senior Executive/Assistant Manager/Manager positions are available for Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

  2. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve company sales targets and expand customer base.

  3. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.

  • Understand customer requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs by conducting regular customer visits and presentations to promote products and services.

  • Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market by collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.

  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's offerings.

  • Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, new product developments, and regulatory changes.

  • Provide technical support and product information to customers and the sales team.

  • Reporting and analysis:

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the management.

  • Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

  • Team Management:

  • Lead and manage the team members to be professional representative of the company.

  • Coach and guide team members to be professional representative of the company.

  • Lead by example.

  • Other duties - Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Education: At least a Bachelor's degree in Food Science or Technology, Biochemistry or a Science related field.
  • Working experience: At least 10 years of working experience in food ingredient sales industry with proven track record for Manager (managing different segments), 5 years for Assistant Manager roles and 3 years for Senior Executive. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
  • Skills: 
  • Strong understanding of food ingredients, their applications, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, business acumen, cost management and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. 
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
  • Effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve goals.
