Description

  • Manage the order-to-cash (O2C) process, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collections.
  • Oversee account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance financial accuracy.
  • Prepare and deliver regular financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for O2C queries and escalations.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize performance and cost-efficiency.

Profile

A successful O2C Team Lead/Specialist should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the order-to-cash process and financial reporting standards.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools.
  • A proactive approach to process improvement and optimization.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
