Job Description

  • Supervise and manage the order-to-cash process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee the team's performance and provide guidance to achieve financial goals.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize processes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless operations.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to management.
  • Support the team in resolving complex accounting issues.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful OTC Team Lead Should Have

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing teams and processes. (MUST HAVE)
  • Strong knowledge of end to end order-to-cash and accounting principles within the shared services industry. (MUST HAVE)
  • Able to speak, read & write Mandarin to support greater China Market. (MUST HAVE)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant financial systems and tools.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
