What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for key accounts.
  • Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) and category growth initiatives.
  • Manage product listings, launches, and promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze sales performance, inventory, and competitor activities.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and negotiate win-win agreements.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 8 years in Personal Care, Consumer Healthcare, Pharmaceutical (OTC), or FMCG.
  • Proven success managing pharmacy chains (e.g., Watsons, Guardian, Caring, Alpro).
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Digital savvy; MS Office proficiency (Power BI is a plus).
  • Willingness to travel.
