What You'll Do
- Drive monthly sales performance and profitability for the assigned portfolio, ensuring sustainable business growth.
- Strengthen relationships with key users & distributors to create long-term partnerships and customer loyalty.
- Identify new business opportunities within target industries, explore potential customers and convert leads into revenue.
- Formulate and implement both short- and medium-term sales strategies to achieve sustainable growth in assigned territories.
- Understand customer applications, processes, and pain points to propose tailored hot melt adhesive solutions that deliver value and performance.
- Work closely with R&D, Production to ensure timely delivery, quality consistency, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends and customer behaviors to provide insights that support business planning and innovation.
- Prepare accurate reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market developments.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or with relevant experience
- Strong communication & relationship-building skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
- Result-driven, independent, and proactive
- Willing to travel when required to
