Position 1: QUALITY TEAM LEAD

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quality Team Lead to oversee and drive the quality performance of a fast-paced international manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and hands-on experience in quality management and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Quality team to meet product and process quality standards.
  • Plan and execute quality assurance activities, audits, and improvement projects.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Liaise with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues effectively.
  • Review quality reports, monitor performance, and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Train, guide, and motivate quality team members to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Quality Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years experience in manufacturing quality management, with leadership exposure.
  • Must be able to read and write in Mandarin (for HQ communication and documentation).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Position 2. QUALITY ENGINEER

Job Overview

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to support our quality operations and ensure product excellence through effective inspection, analysis, and continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily product and material inspections.
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Maintain quality documentation and procedures.
  • Coordinate with production and engineering teams to resolve non-conformance issues.
  • Participate in audits and improvement projects.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Quality Engineering.
  • 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing quality functions.
  • Able to read and write in Mandarin (for HQ communication and documentation).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
