Mynd Furniture is a growing furniture provider in Johor Bahru, specializing in quality office and commercial furniture solutions. We believe in "Sit better, business better." We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to drive our project sales and build strong partnerships with MNC, Business Owners, Interior Designers and Contractors.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify New Opportunities: Actively seek new business partners (Interior Designers, Renovation Contractors, Architects) and corporate clients.
  • Project Sales: Manage end-to-end sales for commercial projects (Offices, Hotels, F&B outlets) and bulk residential orders.
  • Client Management: Build long-term relationships with existing trade partners to ensure recurring orders.
  • Market Analysis: Keep track of market trends and competitor activities to recommend sales strategies.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly sales activity reports and forecasts for the management.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development. (Experience in Furniture, Interior Design, or Building Materials is a HUGE advantage).
  • Language: Fluent in English and Malay. (Mandarin is an added advantage to deal with specific contractors/suppliers).
  • Transport: Must possess own transport and be willing to travel within Johor Bahru for client meetings/site visits.
  • Attitude: Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Skills: Good presentation and negotiation skills.
