Job Responsibilities

Quality Management System Administration

  • Maintain, implement and continually improve the QMS in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
  • Oversee the effectiveness of the company's documentation control system, ensuring alignment with QMS standards.

Document Control & Compliance

  • Manage the updating, distribution and filing of all controlled documents and records within the Document Control Centre.
  • Ensure proper safekeeping and security of master documents, including version control and revision tracking.
  • Coordinate issuance, recall and revision of controlled documents in a timely manner.
  • Conduct periodic internal checks to prevent unauthorized or illegal document copies within the facility.

Continuous Improvement

  • Drive improvements in the documentation system, including transitioning to digital/paperless platforms in line with current technology trends.
  • Support and enhance 5S practices within document control areas and QMS-related workspaces.

Health, Safety & Environmental Management

  • Support initiatives to maintain a safe, healthy and environmentally responsible working environment in line with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

  • Good understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards and requirements.
  • Strong document management, data organization and document flow process knowledge.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and basic Windows applications.
  • Advantage: Familiarity with digital documentation systems, networking and paperless office environments.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills in both Bahasa Melayu and English.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimum supervision.
