Role & Objectives:

  • Oversee daily warehousing operations of receiving, storage and deliveries.
  • Ensure smooth handling of receiving, storage, packing and delivery of goods
  • Ensure delivery documentation and right packing materials and tools for packaging to facilitate deliveries.
  • Keep the warehouse organized with storage spaces, safe, and easy to navigate.
  • Follow safety rules to prevent accidents and damage.
  • Some Technical Measurement support

Key Operational Responsibilities

Warehouse (60%)

  • Manage independently on daily warehouse operations including managing inventory, delivery, packing, shipment collection and logistics processes.
  • Preparation of material tag/label using the warehouse management system and to ensure all information on the tag/label are properly recorded.
  • Make sure stock balance in the system tally with physical stock balance in warehouse.
  • Make sure sufficient stock to meet orders (What is sufficient?)
  • Make sure stock received tally with the Delivery Order document.
  • Communicate and report to Technical Support Division of any defects or damaged material during inspection.
  • Ensure proper packaging as per SOP to secure the shipments for safe delivery.

Technical support (20%)

  • Gasket measurement activities at site as per client's request.
  • Gasket inspection activities as per client's request.
  • Handle gasket cutting during urgent times (especially during Plant Shutdown)

Logistic (20%)

  • Ensure timely delivery of products to Customers' location including urgent delivery (via logistic partners / self)

Additional responsibilities outside of standard job responsibilities

Working as a member of the management team, participating fully in team activities, taking responsibility for team goals and support other members of the team for personal and team enhancements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,849.39 per month
