Job Description:

· Meet and gather client requirement, provide pre-sales technical support to business team

· Propose suitable solution based on the products/services offered by the company

· Work with technical team to develop & deliver mocked up demo/proof of concept demonstrations.

· Participate and manage the sales bid process by responding to RFI's & RFP's.

· Working closely with Sales and Technical to ensure successful closure of the sales process.

· Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements.

· Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering & IT-related background or equivalent.

· Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.

· Strong business acumen, quick to capture business & technical requirements.

· Willing to Travel with own vehicle.

· Stay persistent and resilient throughout the project/sales cycle.

· Possess telecommunication and IT knowledge.

· Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.

Office Location: Technology Park Malaysia, Bukit Jalil
