Job Summary

Responsible for setting up, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy for the company.

Key Duties / Responsibilities:

a) To maximize the volume of inbound organic traffic from search engines to a website. Build systems and protocols internally that ensure all content is optimized across all platforms and user experiences (websites, mobile, social, video, blogs, portals and etc.)

b) Experience with Analytics and Webmaster Tools, Keyword Tool, have functional understanding of HTML and CSS, and ability to work with back-end SEO elements.

c) Help set, and work towards performance indicators (ROI and KPI) for SEO that everyone understands and which complement overall marketing and business objectives.

d) Stay up to date with the latest technology and the best practices.

e) Manage all digital marketing channels.

f) Oversee all the company's social media accounts.

g) Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.

h) To be in charge of all printing, broadcast and online media. To work closely with the designers in the creation of branding and promotional materials.

i) Prepare, write and update all outbound communication content, for promotional and advertisement, newsletters, speech, articles and presentation and sales kit.

j) Plan, organize and coordinate all marketing promotions events, fairs and exhibition and other activities.

k) Respond to information queries from media and general public. Identify and develop new media relationship. Evaluate opportunities for partnership, sponsorship and advertising.

l) Handle guest relations initiative including Loyalty Program, TripAdvisor management and etc.

m) Manage and monitor stock inventory and related to S&M, to ensure sufficient brochures, vouchers, sales materials at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM5,000.00 per month
