Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Model Review & Support:
  • Review and maintain finance data models to support Central Entities, LBUs, and Shared Services requirements across software development, SIT, and UAT phases.
  • Manage Master Data (eg. company mappings, cost center mappings, account mappings, hierarchies per LBU).
  • Maintain Reference Data (eg. project codes, exchange rates).
  • Handle Transaction Data (eg. transactional data sources).

Data Coordination & Governance:

  • Gather and validate data requirements from LBU Finance teams for HR systems (mappings, hierarchies, transaction data).
  • Work closely with the Data Lead to track and resolve data issues, prioritize critical fixes, and coordinate mitigation actions.
  • Define BAU support activities, operating model, and governance for finance data maintenance and interactions with LBUs and Systems Administrator.
  • Establish and agree on golden sources for finance data elements and assign data ownership.

Finance Support & Analytics:

  • Act as Level 2 Finance Support for data-related queries and issues.
  • Develop dashboards for data analytics using Power BI and other platforms.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of finance data structures, hierarchies, and mappings.
  • Experience with any Data Insights or similar EPM tools.
  • Proficiency in Power BI or other data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of data governance principles and operating models.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Competencies:

  • Project coordination experience in finance systems implementation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across BAU and project environments.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and GL data integration.
