Job Details

Position: Sales Agent

Salary: RM2,000 – RM5,000 + Commission

Working Days: Flexible Time

Location: Suite 8.06, 8th Floor (North Block), The Ampwalk 218, Jalan Ampang, 50450 Kuala Lumpur

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Agent to actively identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and close deals effectively.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is confident in presenting solutions, and is motivated by target-based earnings. You will play a key role in increasing sales revenue and strengthening the company's customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and networking
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  3. Present and sell products or services to potential customers by highlighting features, benefits, and tailored solutions
  4. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services that best meet their needs
  5. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales effectively while maintaining profitability
  6. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and leads in the CRM system
  8. Follow up with prospects to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues or concerns
  9. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product development to stay updated on product changes and customer feedback
  10. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and continuous learning to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position products effectively in the market

Requirements

  1. Confident and persuasive personality
  2. Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
  3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  4. Basic computer and CRM system knowledge
  5. Experience in sales is an advantage, but not mandatory
