Recruitment Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to meet outlet manpower needs and expansion plans.
  • Collaborate with Operations and HR Business Partners to forecast manpower requirements.
  • Ensure alignment of hiring practices with company culture, values, and brand positioning.

Talent Sourcing & Selection

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for outlet roles including Baristas, Supervisors, and Store Managers.
  • Build strong talent pipelines through job portals, social media, campus recruitment, and local sourcing initiatives.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure job fit and cultural alignment.

Employer Branding & Engagement

  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talents for outlet operations.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, hiring events, and engagement campaigns.

Recruitment Compliance

  • Maintain recruitment reports, analytics, and dashboards for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and recruitment standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or mass hiring environments.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing channels, and interview assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Result-oriented with the ability to manage multiple hiring priorities under tight timelines.
