Job Description:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and payment vouchers.
  • Handle monthly bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
  • Assist in preparing management reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Ensure all accounting transactions comply with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties when required.
  • Support the finance team in any ad-hoc tasks or projects.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in accounting or a similar role
  • Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or QuickBooks) is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
