Key Responsibilities (Main Contractor)

  • Lead and manage full project delivery for
    high-rise/tall building construction
    from planning to completion.
  • Coordinate consultants, contractors, authorities and internal teams.
  • Oversee project schedule, cost, procurement, QA/QC, testing & commissioning and site safety.
  • Review high-rise structural drawings, M&E coordination, façade works and complex construction sequences.
  • Ensure compliance with local authority requirements, codes and building standards.
  • Drive risk management, problem-solving and timely resolution of site challenges common in tower construction.
  • Prepare progress reports and ensure all works meet quality and technical specifications.
  • Lead, mentor and support the project and site teams for the
    main contractor
    .

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related field.
  • Relevant experience depending on role (5–15+ years minimum).
  • Proven experience managing
    high-rise buildings, towers or complex vertical projects
    .
  • Ability to work in Kuala Lumpur area.
  • Strong understanding of structural, architectural, and M&E coordination for tall buildings.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on, solution-driven, and able to thrive in fast-paced project environments.
