Job Scope for Principal:

Operations

  • Oversee daily operations of the College, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to institutional policies.
  • Supervise and manage staff, ensuring compliance with guidelines, punctuality, and completion of attendance logbooks.
  • Maintain discipline among staff and students and implement necessary measures to address issues effectively.
  • Work with Head of Regulatory Affairs, to ensure smooth audit processes by maintaining proper documentation and compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
  • Work with Sales & Marketing staff, develop strategies to increase student enrolment, represent the College in student recruitment activities across locations in Malaysia/Internationally.
  • Work as key manager of HQ, assist in liaising with other partner institutions key personnel to ensure the smooth running of collaborative activities and programs.

Staff & Student Management

  • Conduct regular meetings with the HQ to address operational challenges, provide feedback, and improve performance. This role will report to the Founder/Board.
  • Ensure academic staff comply with academic standards, including curriculum delivery, assessment, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure marketing staff submit weekly marketing plans and reports to align with strategic goals and track progress effectively.
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing support and guidance where necessary.
  • Foster a positive and productive learning environment for students.
