Job Description

  • Prepare and submit e-invoices accurately and on time, in line with internal policies and government regulations.
  • Key in and maintain all overseas invoices, ensuring records are complete and up to date.
  • Create and manage tariff rates within the warehousing system, aligned with customer contracts and pricing structures.
  • Issue billing to customers, ensuring all charges are correct and in accordance with signed quotations and contract rates.
  • Review billing data for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies before finalizing invoices.
  • Maintain proper billing documentation and support regular reporting for internal use.
  • Scan and file billing and finance-related documents systematically, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with record-keeping policies.
  • Assist with any other finance or billing-related duties as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
