Sales Manager Wedding

- Develop and execute sales strategies: Create and implement strategic plans to attract new business for rooms, meetings, and other hotel facilities.
- Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, including corporate clients, event organizers, and group bookers.
- Revenue generation: Actively prospect for new business through direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, and community networking to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Negotiation and closing: Negotiate contracts with clients and close deals to secure business.
- Team leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team, setting performance targets and overseeing daily sales activities.
- Market analysis: Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Cross-departmental collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, front office, and events, to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue maximization.
- Performance tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance against set targets and adjust strategies as needed.
- Manage Wedding event: Proposal, Client servicing & Event execution & billing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Subang Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

- Sales Manager in Hotel : 2 years (Required)
