Job Requirements: -

  1. Project Planning & Execution

  2. Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and resource needs in collaboration with stakeholders.

  3. Develop and maintain detailed project plans (schedule, budget, risk register, communication plan).

  4. Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives using Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodology.

  5. Stakeholder & Customer Management

  6. Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and customer stakeholders (plant managers, IT/OT leads).

  7. Conduct regular status updates, steering meetings, and demo sessions.

  8. Manage expectations, change requests, and escalations professionally and promptly.

  9. Team Coordination & Leadership

  10. Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams (Business Analysts, Engineers, QA, DevOps).

  11. Clarify roles, remove blockers, and foster collaboration especially between technical and non-technical members.

  12. Escalate resource or priority conflicts to Head of Service Delivery when needed.

  13. Quality & Compliance

  14. Ensure all deliverables meet defined quality standards, SLAs, and documentation requirements.

  15. Drive UAT, sign-offs, and post-go-live support transition.

  16. Maintain compliance with internal processes and customer contractual obligations.

  17. Risk & Issue Management

  18. Proactively identify, log, and mitigate project risks (technical, resource, timeline, scope).

  19. Escalate critical issues with recommended solutions to leadership.

  20. Reporting & Documentation

  21. Provide weekly status reports including progress, risks, KPIs, and financials.

  22. Maintain updated project artifacts in Jira/SharePoint.
  23. Document lessons learned and contributed to process improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years managing technical implementation projects — preferably in IIoT, Industry 4.0, MES, or manufacturing software.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and customer-facing deployments.
  • Proficient in Jira, MS Project or similar tools.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Able to work at the client site

Added advantage

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master (CSM) certification
  • Familiarity with OEE, MTTR, Lean, or Six Sigma
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS IoT), data pipelines, or shop-floor systems (PLC/SCADA)
  • Able to travel to client site and be station at the client site for long period.
  • Resilient, good team player and able to follow superior's instructions
  • Good communication, presentation and persuasive skills.
